Lovely, elegant and very special antique 14 carat gold circular pair of buttons with tiny pearl, made in the period 1853-1906. Originally, these two buttons were part of a series of buttons that could be attached to a garment. These two buttons could now (possibly) also be worn as cufflinks. However, the circular button is quite small, so it is possible that it fits too easily through the buttonhole. The yellow gold of the jewel has a slight rosé coloured hue. In the circle a flower shape has been edited. In the middle of this flower a small pearl is placed. The diameter of the circle is approx. 6.88 mm. The length of the other part of the button is approx. 8.54 mm. The total weight is 1.7 grams.
