A beautiful gold vintage ring with an oval cut sapphire and two octagon cut diamonds. The blue sapphire has a size of approximately 4 x 3 mm. The band has an open part on both sides that reminds the ring of a chain, which creates a unique and impressive look. The ring is approx. 6.6 mm wide at the top and 2.3 mm wide at the bottom.
