Vintage 14 carat white gold heart shaped pendant adorned with a tiny star and diamond

Very special and lovely 14 carat white gold vintage pendant in the shape of a heart, with an small star in the middle, in which a diamond has been placed. The surface of the heart is edited, but the edge next to it is smooth, which gives a tough effect. The length of the entire pendant (incl. the eye) is approx. 21.80 mm and the width is approx. 12.4 mm. It weighs 1.7 grams.
