Goldberg Juwelers' "Covid-19 / Corona" Store Policy explained.

DEAR CUSTOMER, Due to the COVID-19 / "Corona" virus, some minor changes have taken place in our store policies. We try to base our policy mainly on science and not on arbitrary political choices based on fear or opportunism.  

Our face mask policy

•  fasemasks are NOT mandatory in our shop.
  
  No Facemask? Peolpe who do not (want to) wear a facemask: You are welcome in our shop, but keep distance to avoid fines.
  
  Facemask? People who do want to wear a facemask inside: You are Welcome in our shop, but please only put your mask on after entering the first door of our shop, so we can see who enters.
   
• Max. 5 customers in our shop at any given time
  
  
• Give each other some space (1.5 meters) 
  
  
• Hand alcohol in our shop (please realise that overusing desinfectant on the hands can have negative effects)

We ask for your understanding and for your cooperation in this. Hopefully, this will give our government less excuses to implement more coercive measures and take away more of our freedoms. Let us stay vigilant and force our governments to prove to us the necessity, effectiveness and thus proportionality of their policies.

Our politicians are responsible for budget cuts in healthcare and for letting food and drug industry giants get away with lies about what is healthy and what is not. So blindly trusting them to manage the "Covid-Crisis" in "the best interest of us all" is more than dangerously naive. 

Let us not fall into the old and dangerous trap of permanently losing our liberties in exchange for a false promise of "safety".
