A beautiful 14k gold vintage ring with 44 brilliant-cut diamonds. The diamonds have a combined weight of approximately 0.35 ct. This unique, patterned ring resembles a ring, but instead of the band encircling a single stone, it extends into two sets of three rows of diamonds.
