The piece of jewelry is inlaid with 6 blue sapphires and 7 brilliant cut diamonds, of which the middle largest diamond is approx. 0.25ct. The length of the rosette ornament with diamond and sapphire is approx. 13.25 mm, the width is approx. 13.70 and the height is approx. 11.10 mm. The ring size is 58 / 18.25 and the weight is 3.6 grams. Note: This is a fairly large size; in consultation with our goldsmith this ring could possibly be made to measure.
